Finger Lakes Flute Circle Meeting Wednesday 13 April 2016

The Finger Lakes Flute Circle will meet Wednesday 13 April 2016, 6:30 pm, in the Arts & Crafts Room (for this month) at the Brookside School (Brighton Parks & Recreation), 1680 S Winton Rd, Rochester, NY 14618, entrance on Winton Rd, south of Westfall Rd. The official address, 220 Idlewood Rd, will take you through neighborhood streets to the alternate entrance on the other side of the building.

If you are completely new to the Native American flute, have no fear! Most of the members of the group had zero experience playing Native flute, and some even no musical experience. It's very easy to learn to play. We don't follow any written music for the meetings. We just play the flute, and beautiful music comes out.

As with every meeting, all beginners are encouraged to visit. There will be beginner flutes available to try out. We'll have a great time making music with Native American flutes, hand percussion, and drums.

$5 contribution is suggested to help with MeetUp.com and room rental costs.

All comers of all experience levels are welcome, and we will make beautiful music together. See you there!
