Healing to the Core: Meditation & Music at Ganondagan

From Gandondagan State Historic Site's Facebook event:

When: April 2016, 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th; 6:45pm - 8pm
Where: Ganondagan State Historic Site, Seneca Art & Culture Center, 7000 County Road 41, Victor, New York 14564

For four Tuesdays in April (5, 12, 19, and 26), join us for relaxation and meditation to relax your body and clear your mind. With soothing Native American flute playing by Brittany Vetter (April 5) and Jefferson Svengsouk (April 12, 19, 26), and guided meditation led by Bani Aello, you'll be taken on a peaceful journey to settle your swirling thoughts and encourage a more calm, clear, positive and focused state of mind. No meditation experience is necessary, and there are no physical poses. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat or "yoga type" blanket. For ages 14 through adult.

Please arrive no later than 6:30. The classes take place at the Seneca Art & Culture Center. Suggested donation is $5 per class. And thank you to the Greater Rochester Health Foundation.
