Happy New Year!!! The first Finger Lakes Flute Circle meeting in 2019 will be on a TUESDAY, 8 January 2019, in the Conference Room at the Brookside School (Brighton Parks & Recreation), 1680 S Winton Rd, Rochester, NY 14618, entrance on Winton Rd, south of Westfall Rd, or on Google Maps: Brighton Recreation Senior Center. You may otherwise go to the official listed address, 220 Idlewood Rd, that will take you through neighborhood streets to the alternate entrance on the other side of the building.
We are in the process of reviewing tentative 2019 meeting dates, and it is likely that monthly meeting dates will be moved to the second TUESDAY of the month.
Beginners are welcome and encouraged! The Native American flute is very easy to learn to play. No prior experience is necessary! No written music is required. We play the flute "from the heart" and will make beautiful music together!
